Schweppervescence

Possibly the most beautiful ad ever made. I'm so in love with it - and still have not grown tired of it. The song is amazing too: "To Build A Home" by the Cinematic Orchestra featuring Patrick Watson. Enjoy.

everything is possible

Picked up a book at Urban Outfitters on my trip to NYC last year that I am still obsessing over. It's from the Everything Is Possible exhibition that was held at Space 15 Twenty in LA presented by Gallery Space. To illustrate why I'm obsessed, two words: Lusty Polaroids.

walt burton

Tim Burton's Disney Princesses. This guy has such twisted imagery running through his brilliant head. Wish I had of seen his exhibition in NY.. but I left just before it opened.

red white blue and ginger

Third greatest red-head in the world!... Even if he is American and spells his name s-h-a-u-n. (Of course, Fred and George Weasley are cooler, even if they're fictional characters) (And Taylor Tomasi is not naturally that vibrant colour I'm assuming..)

mardi gras 2010

Last weekend I went to barefoot bowls with my netball team and we decided to dress up for Mardi Gras. Yes, we donned the mo's and played the part of the ladyboy for the day.. or at least until the cheap $2 shop glue irritated our upper lips. There were a few other people dressed up there too... boys in very questionable attire! I also decided to use that day to test blue in the ends of my hair (using $2 shop hairspray!) - you can kind of see it in the bottom photo. Oh, and I got best bowl of the day!
